To set properties for using SmartPort through Acquisitions go to the Behavior Tab of the Add Basic Order wizard. Click on the raised bar that says “SmartPort.” The settings used here are the same ones used in the Cataloging toolbar for using SmartPort there. Those settings are described in the Cataloging group of technotes under the section called Importing/Linking which are found at: (http://will.state.wy.us/wyld/technotes/#catalog)
Select the WYLD Technote for "SmartPort Settings."
The SmartPort setting in the Cataloging Search Source Wizard do not carry over to this Acquisitions wizard. The information from the SmartPORT Settings Technote has to be re-entered in the property settings of the Acquisitions wizard.
