JWF Editing a Bibliographic Record: Space Bar/Shift Key

When editing a bibliographic record using the Java Client be aware that depressing the space bar while holding down the shift key results in the cursor moving to the end of the tag being edited. For example, if you are enhancing a GMD for a sound recording by adding the extension (CD book), if, after you have typed the CD in upper case and still have the shift key depressed when you hit the space bar, instead of allowing you to type the word book where you want it as part of the GMD extension, the cursor will move to the end of that 245 tag. If you do not notice that this has happened and continue typing, the word book will appear at the end of the tag after all the other text and the unfinished GMD will display as [sound recording (CD ].
